Which way to Lay?:
We are asked this question 20 times a day, and there is no sure fire answer. But..

Traditional floor planks, run perpendicular to the flooring joists. Plus flooring joists usually span the narrowest part of a room. So run the new floor planks, laminate flooring boards, in the direction of the longest wall.

Can I fit laminate flooring in my bathroom?:
Answer is yes.

But.. Our advice would be No. Floating floors shouldnt be installed in wet areas. There is always a chance water will ingress, between the laminate flooring and the structural flooring beneath. Plus laminate flooring can be very slippy when wet
