Whats included in your flooring installation from FLF

1. We are trained installers and endorsed by all brands we sell.

3. We offer a no quibble ONE year guarantee on your floor against defective workmanship
4. We pass onto you the flooring manufactuers warranty, and this is valid, because we are endorsed by all major flooring manufacturers. We have gained accreditaion, by participating in joint innitiatives, to ensure we fit flooring, the way they want it fitting.
5. We don't charge ONE PENNY for your new flooring installation, until we are complete.
6. Upon arrival, we will do a pre inspection check of your floor, and your flooring, and let you know if we forsee any problems, including incorrect floor products purchased, problems with floor damp, levels of floor etc.

All we ever ask is that we get paid for installing flooring, so please ensure rooms to be floored are ready for immediate installation when our floor fitters arrive. Should you wish for assistance in moving large items of furniture we will assist FREE of charge. We are however not insured for moving Televisions, etc.. Nor are we qualified plumbers, so please get your Appliances moved by a suitably qualified contractor prior to our arrival.

7. We are EMPLOYED by you, so you tell us where to start , or indeed just take our experienced floor fitters advice.
8. Upon arrival, our fitters give you a customer service satisfaction survey. Please fill this in, and return in the supplied envelope, or give to the fitter upon completion. This ensures, we provide you with the level quality and professionalism you would expect.
9. Prior to arrival, we will email you the FULL names of your flooring fitters, and the registration number of their vehicles. Should you need to go to work, or pop out, feel free and confident to trust our fitters to just get on and install flooring ! Indeed get a neighbour, friend or family member to babysit our installers, we prefer company.
10. Upon completion, you must be there or an adult, to sign your flooring installers completion sheet, inspect the work, and to sort payment.

Your contract is managed and backed by Fitting Laminate Floors [dot] com , payments must be made payable to the fitter , and not to us. All of our installers, pay us in advance a retention fee of 2.5% of all their ongoing job values. This is held back at 3 monthly intervals. In cases of problems arrising from an installation, we ask that the fitter return to sort any issues out, and leaves you totally satisfied. We hold back any retention monies, until the quarterly payment is due. If there are ANY issues arrising , then we shall hold back payment, until such issues are resolved.

Our prices are very easy to work out.

1. Look at the flat rate price for your area, this will give you the price we charge for flooring installation per square metre. This includes laying underlay, fitting the flooring, fitting quadrant/scotia edge mouldings, and 1 door bar per room.
2. Look at the mileage charge from our nearest depot to you. Add this rate to your flooring prices.
3. Please ensure you have measured your floor areas correctly. The sizes you give will determine our fee for installing your floor, any addittional metreage will be charged at pro rata rates, within the same room.
